15-LP Rolling Stones box set on the way

Hardcore Rolling Stones fans (or anyone with extra money looking to dive deeper into their music) might be interested in a gigantic new box set on the way that will contain the band’s last 15 albums in vinyl format.

The limited edition set is titled The Studio Albums Vinyl Collection 1971-2016 and features remastered versions of each album along with download codes for high quality digital versions.

The box set announcement comes on the heels of some other big Rolling Stones news this week — the revelation by Mick Jagger that he’s working on new Rolling Stones songs. “I’m just writing,” Jagger told The Independent. “It is mostly for the Stones at the moment. I’m just writing. I don’t really think about what I have written, much. I just keep ploughing forward, really.”
