Courtney Barnett reveals new album, tour, single

Acclaimed Australian singer/songwriter Courtney Barnett announced her second full-length solo album Thursday, Tell Me How You Really Feel, due out May 18.

The album is a much-anticipated solo follow up to Barnett’s 2015 debut, the critically-praised Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit. Barnett was also a part of the 2017 collaboration Lotta Sea Lice with Kurt Vile.

Track 5 from that list, “Nameless, Faceless”, is the first single off the album and was released with the album announcement Thursday. Take a listen below:

Barnett also announced a set of concert dates, which includes a group of May shows in the United States to go with six festival dates.
