Country star Keith Urban spent over eight minutes of his New Year’s Eve show in Nashville paying tribute to musicians that passed away in 2017, including Tom Petty, Gregg Allman, Chuck Berry, Malcolm Young, and Chris Cornell.

Urban started the medley by paying tribute to Cornell with a cover of Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun” and closed with a cover of Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin'”, during which he was joined on stage by his wife Nicole Kidman and his two daughters.
