Foo Fighters Debut New Song Live

It looks like the rumors that the Foo Fighters are taking most of 2017 to record an album is true. During the ‘Acoustic 4 A Cure IV’ benefit, frontman Dave Grohl, drummer Taylor Hawkins, and Wallflowers keyboardist Rami Jaffee launched into a new, bluesy song entitled ‘The Sky Is A Neighbourhood’ (below).

Taking the mic Grohl said, ““I figured on the way up here, I thought ‘fuck it let’s play a news song man’.” “We’ve never played this song in front of anybody. It’s called ‘The Sky Is A Neighbourhood’.”

Grohl has recently been helping his mother Virginia, promote her new book entitled From The Cradle To The Stage. The book has Virginia interviewing the moms of other famous musicians including Michael Stipe, HAIM, Dr Dre and many more.
