Blur/Gorillaz’ Damon Albarn Not Slowing Down

Damon Albarn has been hard at work on the new Gorillaz album, ‘Humanz,’ which releases on April 28. But, if that wasn’t enough it seems Albarn’s supergroup The Good, The Bad, and The Queen will be reuniting once again. Having released their self-titled album in 2007, The Good, The Bad, and The Queen, which features Damon Albarn, The Clash’s Paul Simonon, The Verve’s Simon Tong, and Afrobeat drummer Tony Allen, have an album ready inspired by the Brexit.

According to an interview in Q magazine, Albarn has confirmed that he is working on a new record for the band. He’s been working on the record since 2014.

You can hear stand out track, from their self-titled, “Herculean” below. If you haven’t heard this debut then do yourself a favor and check it out.
