Song of the Day: Joan Baez – “Diamonds & Rust”

Let’s continue to celebrate this year’s inductees into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, with today getting into some Joan Baez, whose inclusion into the Rock Hall is viewed by many as long overdue. Here’s one of her more popular songs, which was the opening track off the 1975 album of the same name. Baez wrote the song, which is about her relationship with Bob Dylan. The song reached No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has been covered several times, most famously by Judas Priest.
