New David Bowie plaque in Berlin stolen by vandals

People are dicks sometimes.

The recently-unveiled plaque commemorating David Bowie on the Berlin residence where he and Iggy Pop stayed in the 1970s was stolen by vandals this past weekend, per German newspaper BZ. There are also photos circulating the Internet suggesting the plaque may have been destroyed.

Fortunately, reports are stating that the company that made the plaque made multiple copies in case of an incident such as this. The plaque was originally unveiled in August.
