Third Man Records With The Help Of Pearl Jam Announce Vault #29

Third Man Records has done it again.

Vault Package #29 will feature the legendary Pearl Jam recorded live direct-to-acetate. Kept secret up until the last minute, Pearl Jam was able to preform in the Nashville Blue Room in front of 250 lucky Ten Club members, mayors, NBA superstars, country music royalty, and possibly even a few stowaways. To call this a Bonnaroo warm-up would be an understatement.

The main feature of the package is a black-and-gold, split-colored vinyl version of Pearl Jam’s set, recorded live direct-to-acetate and packaged in a stunning custom jacket, all soft touch coating and gilded gold metallic ink. If the vinyl reflects the setlist then hold on to your hats. A ripping cover of Pink Floyd’s “Interstellar Overdrive” sit with Pearl Jam deep cuts such as “Deep,” “Let Me Sleep,” and single “Life Wasted” to name a few. This all happened along with a fury of wild dueling solos between Jack White and Mike McCready.
