Pink Floyd’s albums being re-pressed onto heavyweight vinyl



piperatthegatesofdawnAll of Pink Floyd’s albums are being re-pressed onto heavyweight vinyl and will be released in the months ahead, the band has announced.

The albums will be remastered for heavyweight vinyl and the band plans on replicating original packaging, MOJO Magazine reports. The albums will be released on Pink Floyd Records.

The first re-releases are scheduled for June 3, which is when the band’s 1967 debut The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn along with A Saucerful Of Secrets, the soundtrack for the film More and double-album Ummagumma will hit the shelves. Release dates for the rest of the band’s albums have yet to be announced.
