Rock On The Range 2016 Lineup Announced

rockontherangeThis is an exciting year for the Rock On The Range music festival. This is the Columbus, Ohio based festival’s 10th anniversary and the line up clearly reflects that. Not only are there impressive artists such as Death From Above 1979, Steel Panther, Clutch, The Sword, Wolfmother, Trivium, and Between the Buried and Me, but there are the even bigger names such as headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rob Zombie, Sixx AM fronted by Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue, and Megadeth.

The biggest surprise coming from the lineup announcement comes from influential post-hardcore band At the Drive-In. After playing some reunion dates in 2011 and 2012, it seems that the band is reuniting for the first time since those last shows in 2012. What makes this announcement extra curious is the fact that some band members, such as guitarist Jim Ward, didn’t know about the reunion gig. So, will ATDI reunite with all the original members? Only time will tell. Until that time, Rock On The Range will be held at Mapfre Stadium on May 20th, 21st, and 22nd. You can purchase tickets here and the lineup can be seen below.
