News: Jethro Tull’s ‘Too Old to Rock ‘n’ Roll: Too Young to Die! to get grand remix, reissue treatment

Jethro Tull fjethrotull-toooldans, it’s time to be thankful because the fine folks at Rhino are releasing a new expanded edition of Jethro Tull‘s Too Old to Rock ‘n’ Roll: Too Young to Die! One of the great things about this set is that it will include an alternate version of the 1976 album that was recorded for a British television special.

The set will also include 2 DVDs with an 80-page booklet that has the story of the album and track-by-track annotations by Ian Anderson. Jethro Tull has been really great with their releases as of late, having just released 1975’s Minstrel in the Gallery, which was also recently reissued with an anniversary remix by Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree).

Too Old to Rock ‘n’ Roll: Too Young to Die! will also have a remix touch by Wilson and will be available on November 27 in two-CD/two-DVD vinyl and single-disc formats. You can see the track listing below.
