News: Megadeth Have A Countdown Clock On Their Website

megadethMegadeth fans, it looks like the band has put a countdown clock on their website. While the band has been teasing new music and possible song titles for a while, it looks like the timer, which is set to expire Friday, Oct. 2 at 1PM ET/10AM PT, could reveal all.

Right now, going to the band’s website shows a brief, static trailer of a collapsed suspension bridge — see video above. The suggestions are to expect an album in the later part of 2015 or the early part of 2016.

It also seem that Megadeath is set to launch a tour set to begin on Oct. 6 in Beijing, China. The tour will feature new members Angra guitarist Kiko Loureiro and Lamb of God drummer Chris Adler. As of this moment, no U.S. tour dates are announced. The dates for the tour can be seen here.
